On March 10, 2009, Del Amigo principal, Lucy Daggett, gave a presentation to the San Ramon Valley School Board.In her presentation, Ms. Daggett gave an overview of Del Amigo High School, including the cultural breakdown of our school, the economic demographic of our students, the graduation rate, and the goals and objectives our school is working to fulfill.

Del Amigo High School student, Skyanne Crawford, the district student representative to the board, presented a summary of letters, by students, to the board concerning the recent budget crisis.

In attendance, at the board meeting, were concerned parents, students, and the Del Amigo staff. Also presented to the board was the new Del Amigo website.

The board recognized the efforts of the students, parents and teachers by presenting Ms Daggett with a Certificate of Recognition. We are proud to work in a co-operative spirit with all involved. Thank you to the parents, students, and staff who attended the board meeting. The staff, students and parents would also like to thank the board for their kind and supportive words.
