Del Amigo High School is designated a “Model Continuation High School” by the California Department of Education and is fully accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges.

Del Amigo Facts
• Designated a Model Continuation High School
  by the California Department of Education
• Teacher to student ratio is 20:1
• Full-time counselors
• Resource program
• Report cards issued every six weeks
• Students in good standing may apply to complete
  additional course credit outside of school hours
• All teachers are credentialed
• Diverse student population comprised of 90-110 students
• 210 academic credits required for graduation
  (instead of 240, a difference of 30 elective credits)
• Regular school hours are 8:40-1:10 to accommodate
  students’ work schedules. Optional classes meet until 1:56
• Closed campus
• No required homework
